a woman about 40yars old mantally imbalalnce wandering on street she sit and then start.at night she sleeps any where without sfficient clothes.some time she staring some time laughing if someone provide any thing to eat she eats.
there is no organisations there is no institution who will care properly.
is she not human being every one is looks crying for humanism some one boasting more and more.
working so many institution with or without the help of govt
govt bosting their plans decorating itself shamlesly
our govt is very powerful u know we have even touch the soil of moon
our govt is very senstive she care wild animal fishes trees and every thing AH
but no care for this innocent there is no plan
so many mentelly handicapped on street
